JUMP TO RECIPE

This Strawberry Watermelon Juice is made with a Vitamix, but you can use any other high-speed blender to make it in less than 3 minutes! It’s made from whole fruit for a delicious and nutritious juice drink recipe.

If you love making juice at home this recipe is going to be super simple. You don’t need a juicer, in fact, you don’t even need a high speed blender unless you want it ultra-smooth. It’s such a simple and delicious juice recipe!

What we love about it is that it’s a fun and healthy recipe for kids and parents, plus you control the ingredients! It’s naturally sweetened by the fruit and tastes just like a strawberry daiquiri without the concentrates and tons of added sugars.

Shelf-stable juices have different ingredients than you would use at home, plus preservatives. Don’t forget it’s sitting on a shelf long after it’s been made. No thank you! This juice is so refreshing and so delicious. You’re going to absolutely love it, pinky swear!

Another thing about this juice is I drank it pretty often in my first pregnancy and now doing the same this time around. It helped my morning sickness, cured my heartburn, and I NEVER even swelled during my pregnancy – not even towards the end. Full of lycopene (even more than tomatoes!) this is a juice that will not only quench your thirst but also your body!

This recipe can be made in any blender, but we find that we get the best results with our high-speed blenders. If you use a blender that isn’t as powerful you may get a little bit more pulp, but you can use a mesh strainer to remove or even a nut milk bag if you’re not a fan of pulp. We do recommend consuming it whole so you get all the nutrients and fiber from the fruit.

Not using all of this juice recipe? Turn it into some refreshing Strawberry Watermelon Popsicles to enjoy later.

This recipe is super simple to make and it’s such a refreshing treat made with whole foods. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

RECIPE TIPS:

We use juicy seedless watermelon, frozen strawberries, and fresh squeezed lemon juice. You could also use lime juice as it works really well in this recipe. Sometimes we’ll add some ice cubes to give it an even slushier consistency. If you only have fresh strawberries we definitely recommend using the ice cubes.

We use a Vitamix Ascent 2300 for our recipes on the site and a Vitamix 5200 in the kitchen. Between the two we have noticed this recipe in particular needs the tamper tool in the newer Vitamix designs. One little push from the tamper gets the blender blending.

If you’re adding ice you’ll definitely want the tamper tool nearby for either model.

Single sip of Strawberry juices induces a tingling sensation that makes it favorite to the special class people. Strawberry juice is a rich source of vitamin C. Single unit of strawberry juice contains more vitamin C than that of other citrus fruits.

Thank you for the recipe, love this.
