Tu B’Shevat {aka Tu Bishvat} is a beautiful holiday celebrating trees’ birthday. Even though it is considered a “minor” Jewish holiday, I love the idea of a tree’s birthday or New Year of the Trees. Trees give us clean air, shelter, and delicious food!

Although there are no technical “Tu Bishvat” foods, it is a tradition to make recipes that use fruit, nuts, olives, etc., for this holiday.
